Step 1: Athlete Questionnaire
For optimal coaching, Sarah needs to get to know you, your running background, past and future race, etc.

Step 2: Download the Final Surge app
Sarah creates your plan and tracks your workouts using the Final Surge app. This app allows you to link your Garmin watch or your Strava account for easy and effortless coaching.
