Stuck at home? All you need for this workout is your body and a chair--weighted vest is optional but it does add a little extra "oomph" 😋

Start with 20 reps each exercise (including the single leg exercises — 20 each leg)

Exercise 1️⃣: Step-ups to knee drive on chair
Exercise 2️⃣: Air squats (or goblet if you have a weight available)
Exercise 3️⃣: Glute bridge/single leg glute bridge on chair
Exercise 4️⃣: Bulgarian split squat — for on chair
Exercise 5️⃣: Single leg Russian dead lift
Exercise 6️⃣: Calf raisers
