Start with 20 reps each exercise (including the single leg exercises β€” 20 each leg)

Exercise 1️⃣: Step-ups to knee drive on chair

Exercise 2️⃣: Air squats (or goblet if you have a weight available)

Exercise 3️⃣: Glute bridge/single leg glute bridge on chair

Exercise 4️⃣: Bulgarian split squat β€” for on chair

Exercise 5️⃣: Single leg Russian dead lift

Exercise 6️⃣: Calf raisers
