Stuck at home? All you need for this workout is your body and a chair--weighted vest is optional but it does add a little extra "oomph" ๐Ÿ˜‹

Start with 20 reps each exercise (including the single leg exercises โ€” 20 each leg)

Exercise 2๏ธโƒฃ: Air squats (or goblet if you have a weight available)

Exercise 3๏ธโƒฃ: Glute bridge/single leg glute bridge on chair

Exercise 4๏ธโƒฃ: Bulgarian split squat โ€” for on chair

Exercise 5๏ธโƒฃ: Single leg Russian dead lift

Exercise 6๏ธโƒฃ: Calf raisers
