Stuck at home? All you need for this workout is your body and a chair--weighted vest is optional but it does add a little extra "oomph" đ

6 EXERCISES :: 4 ROUNDS
Start with 20 reps each exercise (including the single leg exercises â 20 each leg)

Exercise 1ď¸âŁ: Step-ups to knee drive on chair
Exercise 2ď¸âŁ: Air squats (or goblet if you have a weight available)
Exercise 3ď¸âŁ: Glute bridge/single leg glute bridge on chair
Exercise 4ď¸âŁ: Bulgarian split squat â for on chair
Exercise 5ď¸âŁ: Single leg Russian dead lift
Exercise 6ď¸âŁ: Calf raisers
